First you will need to speak with one of our admission specialists over the phone. They will conduct a brief interview to learn a little more about the prospective new student, as well as explain our program and how students can benefit. During the interview the admission specialist will create an application for the student. Upon the application’s approval the admission specialist will go over the tuition options and collect the tuition over the phone by credit card. The student will then receive an email with their username/password and instructions on beginning the program. It is just that simple!
As a private academic program of study, we are not required to administer the public school state tests. This allows us to teach a grade level appropriate curriculum, without the primary focus on heavily weighted tests. We do however require that each student complete the MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) assessment test to track the student’s progress and properly advance them into the next grade level.
You may submit your work at your own pace! Each student is provided with up to 10 months to complete a full grade level. The more work you do, the quicker you will be ready for advancement. Students under the compulsory attendance age (set by each state) should be sure to check if there are any local requirements.
We have developed most of our own curriculum, based on Common Core standards and Singapore JC Tertiary Curriculum to meet and exceed the national criteria. Certified teachers in every subject area contributed to this development.
All our lessons are available online and accessible 24 hours a day.
